Who We Are

at+m marketing is a privately-owned digital marketing agency covering Tasmania and Victoria. From advertising campaigns and website design to brand development and online marketing solutions, we are 100% strategic and 100% creative. While our work is undoubtedly fun and exciting, everything we do begins and ends with logic. This way, we know we are achieving optimal results and then successfully building on those results.

Although we’re a digital agency, you can find us in person at our Launceston, Tasmania office. Our team can work with you as an extension of your existing marketing resources or provide support on a project-by-project basis. Either way, our commitment is to deliver on time, on budget, every time. That is our key to success for being in business for over 40 years.

How We Got Here

1981 – Sprinta Print doors are opened in Launceston, quickly becoming one of the biggest print production operations in Tasmania.

1988 – A design studio is established, giving Sprinta Print the ability to provide everything from creative concepts through to finished print.

2001 – The demand for website development services booms, so Sprinta Print shifts its focus to digital strategies, branding, and website development.

2004 – Sprinta Print officially rebrands itself to at+m marketing.

Dan Canham is the Owner and Director of AT+M Marketing, bringing a strategic vision focused on empowering clients through innovative, data-driven marketing solutions. With extensive experience across the B2B landscape, Dan is passionate about helping SMEs break barriers and scale through thoughtful, impactful strategies. Under his leadership, AT+M is evolving into a comprehensive agency that combines creativity with rigorous business insights, all designed to deliver meaningful results for clients across Australia.

Dan holds an MBA, Bachelor Business Management and Advanced Diploma Marketing.

Dan is also the Founder of Tomorrow Strategy Co. and Owner and Director of Becks Wiggins Stokes Recruitment.

Amanda joined AT+M in 2024 bringing over 25 years of experience in marketing, business to business sales, client and account management and leadership across a variety of sectors.

Having worked across Australia and the UK in marketing and events, for a global recruitment company, and the not-for-profit sector, Amanda has a broad business background. She has worked with government, start-ups, and SME’s across many industry types from finance and professional services to manufacturing, FMCG, retail and charities.

Amanda leads the AT+M team from the Launceston office, building client relationships locally and nationally. With an emphasis on delivering great service and results with a partnership approach she loves working with leadership teams to deliver the best results for their organisation.

With a passion for community and governance Amanda also sits on 3 boards/management committees including Mainstreet Australia.

Liam is a senior marketing strategist with experience leading campaigns and projects for Tasmanian and Australian brands.

He works closely with clients to develop practical marketing strategies that support business growth, and leads a team of designers, developers, marketers and content creators to bring these strategies to life. His approach is hands-on and results-driven, with a focus on making marketing clear, purposeful, and aligned with clients’ goals.

Liam has delivered successful work across industries including education, FMCG, eCommerce, and professional services, giving him a broad perspective on what drives results in different markets. He’s passionate about continuous improvement and brings a mindset of curiosity and learning to every project—always looking for smarter, more effective ways to deliver value.

With a passion for creating content that drives engagement and conversion, Kendall is an experienced marketer who utilises best-practice techniques to elevate brands in the digital age. Whether it is social media content, Google Ads, or website copy, she is a specialist in writing compelling copy that successfully captures each brand’s tone of voice.

Kendall began her career at a marketing agency in the United States, where she sharpened her content development and social media marketing skills. Now, since moving to Australia, she continues to develop brands through the art of digital storytelling with a particular interest in social media marketing and website copy curation.

Ricardo started developing web sites when the web exploded in popularity in the mid-nineties. With a background in digital and traditional design, Ricardo has transitioned to be our senior web developer involved in solving complex technical requirements for problem-free “User Experience” on content managed web sites.

Ricardo brings a passion for responsive web design and site usability on all popular devices, operating systems and browsers, and also the benefits of integrating social media within a site.

Ricardo is active in the open source world and with his vast digital knowledge, works closely with our team of content developers, designers and project managers to deliver true bespoke web solutions.

Alex is a digital marketing enthusiast with a strong passion for the technical aspects of the field. His expertise lies in analysing, reviewing and interpreting data from Google Ads and website traffic.  He works to enhance client conversions in creative and strategic ways. As online continues to dominate the marketing landscape, Alex is aware businesses actively need to be working on improving website platforms, by prioritising user experience and embracing emerging technologies and trends.

With a Bachelor of Communication and a background in graphic design, digital and print marketing, as well as social media management, Kelly thrives on crafting compelling, multi-platform campaigns that resonate with audiences. A skilled photographer, artist and musician, Kelly is passionate about visual storytelling, elevating brands with a unique and tailored aesthetic that speaks to their mission and values.

Through AT+M Marketing, Kelly is dedicated to driving meaningful engagement and growth for clients, helping them build connections and reach their full potential.

Meet Elle, our website developer, whose passion for crafting captivating digital experiences shines through in every project she undertakes. With a diverse skill set and a keen eye for detail, she brings creativity, technical expertise, and a dedication to excellence to our team.

Whether it’s designing a sleek and modern interface or implementing complex backend functionalities, she approaches each project with enthusiasm and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Knowing from an early age that writing was a passion to be pursued, and after completing a degree in Creative Writing, Abigail has spent the last couple of years honing her craft in agency settings as a copywriter.
Armed with the conviction that words hold great power, she has written copy for numerous blogs, newsletters, weekly social posts, as well as entire websites for a broad range of clients. She takes particular joy in waving her magic wand over any writing that AT+M Marketing produces, making sure it glitters with grammatical correctness and identifiable tone of voice – pretty textbook of any editor/writer whose skin prickles with the wrong placement of a mere apostrophe.
Since joining the AT+M team, Abigail is thrilled to add ‘Event Coordinator’ to her CV. In addition to trying her best to make copy sing for various clients, she’s helping bring the Tomorrow Conference to life. The conference is an exciting new initiative of AT+M, launching for the first time on Monday 16 June – Tuesday 17 June 2025, here in Launceston, TAS.

Abbie believes design is a collaborative process and enjoys working with others to create an outcome that’s fit for purpose and appropriate for its audience. Abbie’s approach to design problems is purposeful, methodical and user-centric. Whether creating a logo, or exploring the site architecture for a complex website, she approaches every project by adhering to fundamental design principles and making each decision with the reader/viewer/user in mind. Within this framework, finding the freedom to explore and push ideas to their limit before refining and distilling them into one cohesive concept.

Lewis is brand new to the marketing scene. Joining us after completing his internship with us, Lewis is a Deakin student set to graduate later in 2025. Studying for a Bachelor of Communication, specialising in Digital Media, Lewis is a keen digital marketer with a love for social media, design, copy, and anything creative. As a Marketing Assistant, Lewis works on creating content for clients and AT+M’s ambitious internal projects.
