Who We Are

at+m marketing is a privately-owned digital marketing agency covering Tasmania and Victoria. From advertising campaigns and website design to brand development and online marketing solutions, we are 100% strategic and 100% creative. While our work is undoubtedly fun and exciting, everything we do begins and ends with logic. This way, we know we are achieving optimal results and then successfully building on those results.

Although we’re a digital agency, you can find us in person at our Launceston, Tasmania office. Our team can work with you as an extension of your existing marketing resources or provide support on a project-by-project basis. Either way, our commitment is to deliver on time, on budget, every time. That is our key to success for being in business for over 35 years.

How We Got Here

1981 – Sprinta Print doors are opened in Launceston, quickly becoming one of the biggest print production operations in Tasmania.

1988 – A design studio is established, giving Sprinta Print the ability to provide everything from creative concepts through to finished print.

2001 – The demand for website development services booms, so Sprinta Print shifts its focus to digital strategies, branding, and website development.

2004 – Sprinta Print officially rebrands itself to at+m marketing.

David nurtures a culture of outstanding ‘outside the triangle’ creativity backed by great client service. His implementation of a flat management structure ensures an immediate response to your requests.

With a thirty year history at at+m as a Company Director, Julie heads up our media planning department for both traditional media and online media opportunities.

Julie knows the appropriate channels to attract, delight and retain customers through the use of research, analytics and statistics. Her aim is to always deliver the right message, to the right people at the right time.

Julie has a particular passion for all things “Google” and being an accredited specialist, she knows that driving business growth through digital innovation achieves results plus delivers a ROI.

After many years as a creative leader at at+m, Eddie possesses a vast experience across all sectors: corporate, local/state/federal government, tourism, banking/finance, insurance, healthcare, the wine industry, agriculture, environmental, education, the arts, not-for-profit, automotive, retail and FMCG.

A passionate, creative all-rounder, Eddie is an inspiring mentor to the at+m creative team. His recent work includes campaigns for Boag’s, Blundstone, Franchise Council of Australia, Ausveg, Perpetual Trustees, Australian Maritime College, the Department of Infrastructure and Energy and Environment — to name just a few.

Liam specialises in content marketing, creating compelling copy with a focus on performance.

He uses an arsenal of skills including Search Engine Optimisation and social media best practice to deliver content that impresses customers and Google, while kicking goals for the client.

Integrating SEO into copywriting allows Liam to develop optimised website content, chock full of all the right keywords to pack a punch, while staying on the forefront of social media best practice means he is constantly twisting and testing new methods to get users to engage and convert into customers.

Ricardo started developing web sites when the web exploded in popularity in the mid-nineties. With a background in digital and traditional design, Ricardo has transitioned to be our senior web developer involved in solving complex technical requirements for problem-free “User Experience” on content managed web sites.

Ricardo brings a passion for responsive web design and site usability on all popular devices, operating systems and browsers, and also the benefits of integrating social media within a site.

Ricardo is active in the open source world and with his vast digital knowledge, works closely with our team of content developers, designers and project managers to deliver true bespoke web solutions.

His experience in a variety of frameworks and platforms has given Akira the ability to integrate extra functionality into new and existing websites. His understanding and analysis of web data ensures our clients websites are performing at optimum levels.
