Three decades of industry experience in studios and agencies throughout Melbourne, Sydney, Tasmania and the UK, Emma has worked with major National and International clients throughout her career and has headed up studios within the corporate, retail, FMCG, real estate, travel, media, environmental, not-for-profit and licensed entertainment sectors. Emma specialises in branding, packaging, large report & publication design for small NFP’s to multi-billion $$ corporations. Award winner for design, Emma loves what she does, is forward thinking and no matter the complexity of the brief, will find the creative solution.

Ricardo started developing web sites when the web exploded in popularity in the mid-nineties. With a background in digital and traditional design, Ricardo has transitioned to be our senior web developer involved in solving complex technical requirements for problem-free “User Experience” on content managed web sites.

Ricardo brings a passion for responsive web design and site usability on all popular devices, operating systems and browsers, and also the benefits of integrating social media within a site.

Ricardo is active in the open source world and with his vast digital knowledge, works closely with our team of content developers, designers and project managers to deliver true bespoke web solutions.

40+ Years of experience

Our story started in 1981 when founders Julie and David Peck started SprintaPrint. With a focus on outstanding quality and personalised service, we quickly became one of the largest print production operations in Tasmania.

Connecting with diverse clientele gave us insight into what drives success for businesses. By the year 2000, we had evolved into AT+M, offering design services, advertising, and marketing strategy to our clients.

As the early 2000s motored along, businesses were evolving, and we started offering website development, which quickly became the hero of the business. Expansion of our website development and digital marketing services drove us forward through profound changes to the marketing industry and brought us to where we are today.

Our experience of the ever-changing world of marketing has taught us that we always need to look forward to drive success for our clients and ourselves. There’s no shortcut to get you there faster than thorough planning and hard work.
