The Challenge

The Tasmanian Government had streamlined emergency housing services called Housing Connect and needed a campaign explaining, they now need only call one number to help them with accessing public and community housing, emergency accommodation and housing support through Housing Connect. A previously bureaucratic red tape knot.

The Strategy

Tasmania was facing the highest unemployment rate in Australia and an increasingly alarming spike in emergency housing assistance. Our thought process behind the campaign provided a reasurance that behind the call are caring people who will help. That you’re in it together.

The Impact

The Goverment became more aware and more inclined to look at conservative communications by their own standards more openly and assuringly.
