Recently we worked closely with TPTL in the planning and implementation of their Make a Will campaign. This campaign utilised a number of marketing mediums from advertising via traditional media such as television, to direct mail packages that were supported and tracked through a dedicated website.

The creative concept underpinning this campaign was that by making a will one can leave a future. Warm imagery and captions were executed using emotive appeals incorporated into a personalised direct mail piece. The target audience for the campaign was young families who were yet to consider making a will.

To date, the result of the campaign has been a response rate of 7.8%, which is triple the average rate to deem a campaign successful. The extremely positive response to the campaign has contributed to generating a significant return on investment for the client, highlighting the effectiveness of targeted direct mail solutions.
