Country Club Tasmania (CCT) is many things to many people; but one of its unique strengths is in hosting Events.

The Conference & Banqueting team tasked us with promoting their upcoming Open Day. Using a mix of TV, Press and ultra-personalised Direct Mail, we produced an integrated campaign to achieve these two goals:
- Increase registration for the Open Day; and
- Create ongoing awareness around CCT’s capacity to manage conferences and events of all sizes.
Firstly, a list of companies and organisations (local, National and beyond), received a printed piece announcing that we’ve saved them “a place at the table” for the Open Day.
The DM utilised an attractive ‘half circle fold’ (which locks itself nicely) further sealed shut by a sticker made to look like a flower vase on a dinner table. The colours and the four-leaf-clover-style diecut shape were also all in keeping with CCT’s logo and other design elements.
Inside the four folds was a separate folded ‘napkin’ that opened to reveal more details on the back, plus the message: WE’RE OPEN FOR INSPECTION – to reinforce the Open Day and CCT’s sprawling golf course setting.
We also created simple 30 and 15 second TVC’s using existing stills photography. Our concept focussed on the passion and expertise of their ‘specialists’ leading to a personalised experience for you, your individual guests and delegates.
So, as well as emphasising the welcoming “place at the table” sentiment from the DM, the TVC also pushed the key message: “let our people look after your people”.
