Due to lack of exposure and promotion from its previous owners, their turnover was suffering. at+m integrated marketing were approached to develop a marketing plan to increase sales.

The first course of action was to hold a half-day think tank with the owner and members of our marketing and creative team. During this process we discovered that there were many opportunities that had never been considered as suitable for their business.

In the previous 12 months a considerable amount had been spent on advertising through traditional media, mainly press and television, with little effect due to poor placement and message.

Our recommendations included building a database by offering casual customers discounts if they became members of their newsletter club. A series of four newsletters were planned and further incentives given to members for referrals.
Spec home builders and new subdivisions were letterbox dropped, alliances were developed with like minded businesses such as paving and landscape suppliers, and the business was represented at trade shows and events.

Further more, with the assistance of our media partners, Mitchells, their traditional advertising was restructured, to increase sales either side of the peak sales period to lessen the effect of seasonal slumps.
Year to date, sales have increased by 147% compared to the previous 
12 months.
