Having recently completed a survey of their existing customers which showed an extremely high level of customer satisfaction (to the extent that they would recommend St.LukesHealth to friends and family), we decided that the major point of difference between St.LukesHealth and their competitors was the fact that they provide genuine, personal service.
To illustrate the individualised and personal service of St.LukesHealth, we leveraged the power of the familiar St.LukesHealth icon, the butterfly, to show how your health insurance can be with you throughout every stage of life.
This technique really had “wings” and has translated well across a variety of executions, including print, press, radio and television.
Since the launch of the campaign, results have been impressive, with a substantial increase in membership and heightened brand awareness.
