Indulge Contemporary Silver Jewellery, on The Avenue in Launceston, is a retail outlet representing a range of quality brands including Chamilia, Thomas Sabo, Georgini, Diesel and many others.

Leading up to the all-important Christmas shopping season, we embarked on an integrated campaign for ‘indulge' - the brand. Whilst promoting their stable of designer offerings, we introduced the new tagline and call-to-action ‘get in to... indulge'.
This messaging carried across all of the TV spots through to special event invitations. For example, Chamilia, a leading manufacturer of charms and bracelets, had been up against a big spending competitor brand in the same market; so, utilising indulge's detailed customer database we were able to personalise the artwork when inviting guests to view the latest Chamilia collection.
Here, we used the flexible new headline device to announce ‘you are invited...' Ultimately, this ‘indulge style' also carried through to jewellery catalogues with the messaging covering such positive ‘indulge' sentiments as ‘individual', ‘inspired', and ‘innovative'.
