David Peck

Managing Director

A self-confessed perfectionist, David has developed the at+m business based on a team approach with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and marketing.

As Managing Director for the past 30 years, David has always strived to nurture a culture of creativity, mixed with a passion for delivering great client service.

His creation of a flat management structure ensures the response time to client needs is greatly improved.

David keeps his finger on the pulse of the business through his development of JobTrack™ which controls all aspects of client needs from concept to completion.

All processes within the business are based on the Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems – processes that David has refined over many years to become the core of the at+m offering.

Darren Williams

Strategic Marketing Director

A 20+ year veteran in the advertising, marketing and media industries, Darren has worked nationally and internationally with clients in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada, UK, South Africa, UAE and Ireland.

Darren has vast experience and knowledge of the media and marketing landscapes, providing strategic client insights that add value to our at+m client partnerships. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and prides himself on building strong strategic partnerships with our clients.

Having built his own successful media business, Darren's practical business knowledge and understanding adds a layer of depth often not found in other agencies.

Shaun Cooper

Strategic Marketing

With over 15 years experience in the field of Marketing and Account Management, Shaun has the knowledge and experience to assist clients with any size project.

Shaun has had years of experience developing communication and marketing strategies from Local to Federal Government Departments and major manufacturers. Clients he has been managing include Blundstone, J. Boag & Son, and University of Tasmania.

Shaun has the ability to think strategically about a client's needs and work effectively with the at+m team to bring these ideas to life.

Lauren Dawes

Strategic Marketing

Lauren is a Marketing Consultant at at+m. Her Business degree in Marketing gives her the ability to service her clients from a tactical point of view. She has a vast array of knowledge in marketing theory and social media. She has also had experience working with large organisations and can service business units Australia wide.

Lauren's keen eye for detail ensures that her projects meet all timelines and budget requirements, whilst still meeting client goals. Lauren's clients include WHK Australia and the Franchise Council of Australia.

Jonathan Cant

Creative Director

Originally from Queensland, Jonathan has worked for Brisbane communications agencies such as Gallery De Pasquale, Mojo, BCM and Toto across a range of categories including: Corporate; Government; NGO's; Utilities; Environmental; Education; Property; Tourism; Banking & Finance; Insurance; Pharmaceutical; Healthcare; Food & Beverage; Recruitment; Retail; Automotive; and Fashion.

A highly conceptual creative, Jonathan has been writing for over 20 years in several fields and on several continents. His short stories have been published nationally and he's also contributed to various publications as a freelance journalist.

As a copywriter, Jonathan has many years experience across large corporate and public sector campaigns. He is a skilled communicator who uses words, imagery and the medium itself to convey a message to achieve the desired response.

Eddie Mallinson

Creative Director

After many years as a creative leader at at+m, Eddie possesses a vast experience across all sectors: Corporate; Local, State & Federal Government; Tourism; Banking & Finance; Insurance; Healthcare; The Wine Industry; Agriculture; Environmental; Education; The Arts; Not-for-Profit; Automotive ; Retail; and FMCG.

A passionate, creative all-rounder, it is Eddie's skills and insight as an art director and designer, in particular, that make him such a great mentor to the at+m team of four graphic designers.

Over recent years, Eddie has produced strategic creative and brand design work for organisations such as: Boag's, Blundstone, Franchise Council of Australia, Ausveg, Perpetual Trustees, Australian Maritime College, the Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Environment, to name just a few.

Ricardo Lewis

Digital Design & Web Development

Ricardo has over 14 years experience in visual design, and leading projects ranging from print design, advertising, branding to signage.

Ricardo has also transitioned to digital design, with extensive experience in electronic publishing, multimedia presentations, animation, web development and interface design.

Ricardo brings a passion for usability to every project, making use of international standards for Content Accessibility and ensuring online publications have wide support for popular devices, operating systems and browsers.

Julie Peck

Administration Manager

With 30 years' history at at+m, Company Director and Admin. Manager, Julie Peck, heads up the Client Services, Media and Administration Departments. Julie also manages and maintains our Quality Assurance and Environmental Management Systems.

With her extensive experience and knowledge of all at+m's operations, she is well placed to oversee our dedicated Client Services area.

To serve our clients better, we've freed up our Marketing team and made sure there is another full team of people available to handle estimates, delivery dates and all general account enquiries. With our enhanced client focus, and Julie at the helm, we guarantee that, you the client, can always speak to someone about your project at any time.

Richard Landherr

Production Manager

Richard joined the at+m team in 1999 after already having worked in the industry for almost two decades. Richard's experience and skills in sales, estimating and production have helped our company develop and maintain integrated production processes which result in the seamless delivery of products on time, every time.

Richard controls the production for the entire company from the creative team to the print room, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and within strict time frames. He is also our head estimator, controlling our quoting procedures.

To the benefit of our clients, Richard brings an eye for detail and quality control to his role plus an ability to respond to tight deadlines – all ensuring that our clients' expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Mel Reeves

Client Services Manager

Mel is an integral part of the at+m service team, and acts as a valuable support mechanism for our Marketing team. The Client Services team liaises between Marketing Consultants, the creative team, production and the clients, to ensure our clients' needs are being met at all times. Mel's role as

Client Services Manager is a purposely created position with at+m integrated marketing to ensure all projects run smoothly from quote to delivery. With a background in administration and customer service, Mel oversees projects at every stage of their production.

With our information management system at her fingertips, Mel is on call anytime to let clients know how their project is progressing and ensure their needs are being met.

Kim Tanner

Client Services

Kim brings to at+m a wealth of experience across the whole creative production spectrum – having worked as a graphic/web designer, studio manager, then an account manager for six years.

Kim has handled TVC, radio, print and POS projects for a diverse range of clients including: GM Holden, Fonterra Brands, Bega, Leggos, RACV, Tabcorp, QR National, Metlink, Bendigo Bank, and the Office of the Victorian Government Architect.

She has an extensive knowledge of the print production process and can manage all projects from client briefing through to delivery.
